The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. hereby announces that today, i.e. 06.03.2014, they received the Order of the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Department of the National Court Register, of 14 February 2014 that the share capital increase of Orzeł Biały S.A. had been registered from PLN 7,145,150.47 to PLN 7,159,779.07, up PLN 14,628.60, as a result of a private placement of 34,020 of F Series shares with a nominal value at PLN 0.43 each.
After the registration, the share capital of the Company consists of 16,650,649 of ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value at PLN 0.43 each, including:
a) 14,759,929 (say: fourteen million seven hundred fifty nine thousand nine hundred twenty and nine) A series shares;
b) 1,800,000 (say: one million eight hundred thousand) B Series shares;
c) 56,700 (fifty six thousand seven hundred) E Series shares;
d ) 34,020 (thirty four thousand and twenty) F Series shares.
The number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company arising from all issued shares after the registration of the share capital change of the Issuer amounts to 16,650,649 votes. Each share shall entitle to one vote at the General Meeting of the Company.
