The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) announces that on 26.08.2014 the Company received an information from the Vice President of the Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. Mr. Józef Wolarek about his resignation of the function of Management Board member with effect from 26.08.2014. The resignation was caused by personal considerations.
