The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (‘The Issuer’) hereby announces the publication dates for interim reports in 2016.
At the same time, according to the MFR SE Section 83 Para. 1, the Issuer declares that it will not publish a separate quarterly report, but will instead post quarterly financial information in the consolidated quarterly report.
According to the MFR SE Section 83 Para. 3, the Issuer will not submit a separate semi-annual report, but will instead post a half-year abridged financial statement along with the auditor’s report including abridged notes to the statement in the consolidated half-year report.
According to the MFR SE Section 102 Para. 1, the Issuer will not submit a consolidated report for Q4 2016 as it will provide the annual report and consolidated annual report for 2016 within 80 days of the end of the financial year to which said report relates.
According to the MFR SE Section 101 Para. 2, the Issuer will not submit the quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2016.
