The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (“The Company”) announces that on 15.05.2015 the Company was notified by Mr Tomasz Lewicki, Member of the Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A., of his resignation as the incumbent Member of the Management Board including as the Vice President of the Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A.as from 15.05.2015.
The reasons for the resignation as the executive of Orzeł Biały S.A. were of personal and health nature.
