The Management Board of Orzeł Biały SA (“The Company”) announces that on 25.06.2015 the Supervisory Board of Orzeł Biały S.A., in reference to the Resolution No 19 of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Orzeł Biały SA dated 29.05.2015, resolved upon the harmonised text of the Company’s Articles of Association, the content of which is attached to this current report.
