The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (Company) announces that on 23rd May 2017, the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting adopted Resolution No. 16 stating that the Supervisory Board of the Company will operate as a five-person assembly. In addition, the Ordinary General Meeting adopted resolutions numbered 17 to 21 pursuant to which, as of 23rd May 2017, appointing members of the Supervisory Board in the following persons: Mr Leszek Waliszewski, Mr Pierre Mellinger, Mr Geza Szephalmi, Mr Tomasz Jakub Wojtaszek and Mr Michał Hulbój for the new 10th term.
Mr Leszek Waliszewski, Mr Pierre Mellinger, Mr. Geza Szephalmi and Mr Tomasz Jakub Wojtaszek previously served as members of the Supervisory Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. of the 9th term. Mr Michał Hulbój is a newly appointed Member of the Supervisory Board.
According to the submitted statements, the Supervisory Board members appointed for the new 10th term do not conduct any other activities that would be competitive in relation to the activity of Orzeł Biały SA, nor are partners in competing companies/partnerships; they are not members of competing companies or governing bodies of any other competitive legal entities, and are not listed in the Bad Debtors Register maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
