The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (‘The Company’), with reference to II.Z.11 BPLC 2016, informs that on 21st April 2017, the Supervisory Board pronounced a positive judgement on the content of resolutions , which will be items of the Ordinary General Meeting.
