15 October saw the Management Board of Orzeł Biały allotting the B Series shares. As part of the Public Offering all offered shares, i.e. 1 800 000 pieces, were allotted with a value of PLN 50 400 000.

Book – building will take till 2 October, 14.00 hrs. Subscriptions for shares taken at customer service points of DM IDMSA can be filed from 4 to 8 October. The list of CSPs of DM IDMSA are available on the Offeror’s website at www.idmsa.pl.

Today, the Prospectus of Orzeł Biały S.A. was published.  The  printed version of the Prospectus is available at DMIDMSA Customer Service Points and at the offices of the Company.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority KNF approved today the Prospectus in its entirety, which consists of a securities note and a summary note with a registration document approved on 13 August, 2007 in connection with the public offering of Series B shares and the intention to apply for admission to trading on a regulated market of A and B series shares and rights to B series shares (a brokerage house IDM is an Offeror).

Orzeł Biały S.A. plans this year to go public at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
At present, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority KNF is in the process of approving the Securities Note and the Summary Note. The Company wants to acquire in a public offering approx. PLN 56.5 million. The capital will be allocated primarily for the modernisation of the technological process and for working capital. A brokerage house IDM is an Offeror.
