Michał Hulbój
Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Michał Hulbój is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, major of Finance and Banking. He is a securities broker license holder and has passed two CFA exams. Mr Hulbój gained experience as a participant of the management training at Bank Millennium and stock analyst at Millennium Dom Maklerski, PTE PZU and AIG PTE.

In the years 2008 – 2010 he worked as stock portfolio manager at PTE PZU S.A. In 2010 Mr Hulbój became a director of the stock product management office at Skarbiec TFI. In 2012 he worked as director of the analytical office at Erste Securities Polska S.A. Since February, 2013 became director of the asset management office at Forum TFI and since October, 2013  held the position of member of the management board at Forum TFI.

In  years 2014 - 2018  Mr Hulbój held the position of president of the management board at Cresco sp. z o.o.

Currently Mr. Michał Hulbój is a member of Supervisory Board of the following companies: Develia S.A., Trakcja S.A., AB Kauno tiltai, AC S.A., EMC instytut Medyczny S.A., Libet S.A. and Orzel Biały S.A. where he held the position of the Chairman of Audit Comittee
